Topic: 'Vietnam in 2010'

Mr. Kent was appointed Her Majesty's Ambassador to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in March 2007. He arrived in Hanoi on 15 December 2007. He has most recently served as the Head of Foreign & Commonwealth Office's Migration Group. Previously, he worked in British missions in Mexico City, Brussels (European Union) and Brasilia, as well as on a secondment to NATO.

*** NO-SHOW POLICY *** There are many events (eg breakfast briefings, luncheons and evening presentations) that require BCCT to give guaranteed numbers of attendees to the venue. If those who have booked fail to attend the venue invariably still charges the BCCT. As a result, BCCT's policy in these situations is to invoice no-shows (unless there are exceptional circumstances).
